Product was exactly as described and was shipped within a timely manner. Would have liked that the unit was a bit taller but other than that works as described.

Shipping was fast. The mount seams really sturdy, but one of the small tabs at the bottom (one on each side, two total) broke off when I installed it. The little outer tabs are very small and thin, and it snapped right off. The device still fits very well, so I am hoping it will not be an issue in the future. Other than the two very small tension tabs, the device seams very well made and fits well.
Update - Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. Richard has been great to do business with and addressed my issue immediately. The second go at this so far has been great but I’m confident if I have future issues Richard will address them. Thanks!
Absolutely loved the concept and it’s an excellent use of the super duty center console. Unfortunately for me I broke the ball off the shaft within the first 30 seconds of mounting it and adjusting my mag safe charger on the ram ball. I underestimated how carful you have to be with this. I’m going to give it a second chance and buy another one because I really want this to work for me. 5 stars for the idea but 3 overall for the build strength.
